I only had my eyeglass prescription done here. I am not gonna say that the staff was unfriendly but there is a little room for them to at smile when you meet new customers. It was a lovely little eye clinic.
the doc himself is really nice but the staff there on the other hand act like they want nothing to do with the place they always have smug looks and attitudes. i called twice to see if my glasses were in yet because they said it would take 2 weeks. it’s been 3 and yet still haven’t gotten my glasses and anytime i call to check the receptionist is always so rude.
Gave me a small box to pick out my glasses because I am on Medicare. When I picked them up they were not what I picked out and were trifocals. Which he didn't order. I told him they were not my glasses and he told me I had to take them. I get eye drops that he had to reorder the girl said no because she had to fill out to much paper work to medicare. In the waiting room the girl but on some kind of machine that stunk and I asked to turn it off because I have bad reaction to such strong smells, she first said no but did it with a huff. Never went back.
Been going here with my family for years and Dr is honest with his patients where some get offended by it. Great doctor in my opinion, but yes he needs better help to stop all the karens out there......
