The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Hales has an amazing personality and is very knowledgeable, making the experience very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mid Michigan Family Eye Care.

Highly recommend !! I had no appointment and just showed up there at 7 o’clock in the morning with a severe irritation in my right eye, the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and Dr. Hales took the piece of metal out in minutes.
