Took our daughter here for her preschool eye exam and the whole staff was just wonderful from the time walking in the door, to the exam, to leaving. I truly had a great experience and so did my daughter. They talked and explained everything to us, answered all questions for us. The wait was not long. I recommend this place.
I have had 3 sets of glasses from this place and had issues with every pair. Last pair had my bifocal so high I had to hold my chin to my chest to drive. I took them to have them repaired and was told we will fix them this time but if they are not right after that we can’t fix them again. I chose a refund and will find a new provider that backs up their work and corrects their errors as many times as needed and not put it on the customer.
Dr. Bricker was thorough and patient. She was able to talk to me about my vision concerns in a way that I understood especially when looking at pictures of my eye. The staff was also welcoming and understanding. I moved to Kentucky not long ago and I am so happy to have found a great eye doctor.
Very nice and friendly from the moment you walk in. They take their time with you and explain everything. I would recommend going to them. Local professionals
