Doctor Finch and the staff were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything that was going on, which included my options for future procedures. The staff had shown that they legitimately care about their patients and are not just simply trying to rush you through. I highly recommend this doctor's office!!!
The support staff were awesome and explained everything they were doing. That is so important to a patient to understand what is happening to their individual circumstances as we are all different. However when a diagnosis is relayed to a person who is writing a report, it would be helpful if the time was taken to explain to the patient who it was concerning by the Dr who was giving the diagnosis, and in language the patient would understand. We as patients rely on the Dr's to help us to understand what is happening with us as individuals. Not spend 5 minutes and charge me and our insurance exorbitant amounts of money to not be intelligently informed about their health.
Dr piracha and the john kenyon are amazing I was struggling with keratoconus my eyesight detoriated. After his work my vision has restored incredibly. Thanks john kenyon!!!
Excellent patient care and one of the few inclusive places for Hispanics. Dr. Finsch is the best.
