I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lynn Family Vision & Training in Louisville! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Green is fantastic—she is professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. The staff is equally wonderful, making the whole visit seamless. I highly recommend allowing them to take care of your vision needs! I will definitely be back.

From the moment you walk through the door, they treat you like you’re an old friend. Dr. Lynn is so sweet and very knowledgeable and went through all of my options based on my individual needs. Choosing frames has always been such a daunting task, but the staff made it so enjoyable here. They chose frames for me to try on based on how well they fit my face and worked well with my bright blue eyes and red hair instead of trying to push me into frames based on the price alone. Despite me being their last appointment for the day, I never felt rushed at all. I chose this place specifically because it had an appointment open on my one day off, and I’m so glad I found it. This will be the only place my family and I will go for exams, glasses, and contacts from now on.

Today was a big win for me. ❤️ I officially graduated from vision therapy at Lynn Family Vision! After sustaining a traumatic brain injury, I’ve worked through many treatments and therapies. This is the first treatment program I’ve completed from start to finish, and that feels like a huge milestone. I can’t thank Dr. Mark Lynn and his incredible team enough for their patience, encouragement, expertise, and support throughout this journey. They helped me make progress when I wasn’t sure what progress would even look like. Now it’s summertime, and I’m excited to enjoy one of my favorite forms of therapy—motorcycle rides, fresh air, sunshine, and a little wind therapy. 🏍️☀️ Healing isn’t always a straight line, but today I’m taking a moment to celebrate how far I’ve come. I had the most INCREDIBLE experience at the facility today. Every staff member and the doctor was wonderful from the moment I walked in. Faith helped get me checked in and did my initial consultation before the doctor saw me. She heard my concerns and took such excellent care of me. The doctor gave me a nearly 35 min exam and thorough review of my history to help address my low vision and refer me to a specialist. She worked with me on cost & insurance coverage and also recommended further labs to get a full view of my health history. I’ve NEVER had an eye doctor go the extra mile to find the root cause of my vision problems. I will definitely recommend my friends and family. THANK YOU for exceptional care.

Great experience from Dawn who met us at the door and got things started. Dr. Mark who made me laugh and feel comfortable, even checked on me the next day. Faith who helped me find the perfect glasses. Would definitely recommend them.
