Had an appointment today told they participate Medicaid. They should have told me this over the phone. Yesterday I literally had a call to confirm my appointment no one in the office called me to confirm but, she did get my insurance info over the phone .Bunch of bs !! .. I should have known better not to go to this office when I read the bad reviews. Don't go the girls seem very lazy ..

I had an urgent issue and they saw me quickly. The staff was kind and helpful and Dr. Boozan was not only thorough, he was kind and attentive. He found an issue missed by someone else and called me the following day to follow up. What a gentleman and skilled doctor.

Cataract surgery both eyes, did a tremendous job.I would highly recommend. He stitched my wife's face from a cat's attack, another wonderful job! What a wonderful man .

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Horrible office, everyone I met and interacted with was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in for a routine update on my prescription and he literally asked to see my previous prescription to re-write that one and would not give me a new eye exam test. I was then billed incorrectly and no one from the office was able to fix the issue. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Horrible office, made 2 appointments and both were never entered in their schedule! Wouldn't recommend this office for your eye exam!
