It's Walmart; nothing too special about it. They have some decent rollbacks, which is nice if what they discount is something you want or use, since it's the perfect time to bulk buy. I mainly use curbside, and it's been pretty great for the most part. The staff are typically nice, and things have been loaded neatly into my car, but I will say there are times when I believe that pickers don't want to look for items or don't want to deal with lifting them, especially heavy items, and mark an item as out of stock when it's not. Because every time this has happened and I went inside after my curbside pickup, the "out of stock" items were there and in plenty. Customer service can be crappy to work, and I've worked in customer service myself, including at Walmart, but it's not hard to just do what you're paid to do, which is shop for customers. Also, the self-checkout situation gets annoying sometimes because I like to go right when they open to avoid crowds, but I'm unable to do that if I want to use cash because 9/10 times, whenever I go (any time of day), none of the self-checkouts take cash. I either have to use my card, which sometimes I don't want to do because I have a cash-only budget for groceries, or wait around until cashiers start their shift so I can be checked out. I wish they would sort out the self-checkouts because I want to get in/out as fast as possible, which is a benefit of checking myself out.

I loved coming here for the Walmart restock of Pokemon but as of last Friday i will never be able to go again, i asked for Pokemon not sexual harassment and being screamed at by a darker man in glasses that is bald with a beard. I came in on Wednesday and had some employees explain to me they have had some issues with a darker guy screaming at people and what not, i meet him Wednesday morning, nothing crazy and thought maybe what the employees were talking about was just him having a bad day. But after Friday im waiting hours for this restock so i can finally get my hands on some pokemon i haven’t been able to before. After the person in front of me almost bought out everything i tried to buy what was left of a certain set so i can finally open it. This darker guy comes up rubbing his junk up my bum screaming at me saying im going to buy the last one and how crappy of a person i am and all of this. I am terrified, as a woman this is not okay and the employees just stood there and watched. I understand they didn’t want to fight but how am i ever supposed to feel safe going into Walmart again with this deranged black man? This is not okay. And an employee should have said something but instead now im terrified to even go into this Walmart ever again. He was threatening people in line and then wants to sexually harass me. This is a smaller town and these things should not just be okay to let happen in a store. I grew up here all my life and have never ever felt this terrified to go into a Walmart or even a store.
This Walmart is amazing and the staff and employees are friendly. The shoppers are in a little more of a hurry than I like but folks are just busy here. Great Walmart to shop at for sure.
This Walmart is seriously ridiculous lately. You’re telling me a whole Walmart is constantly out of basic stuff like CHEESE? 🤦♀️ And before anybody says they were just busy, I ordered my groceries FIRST thing in the morning. So what exactly are employees doing if the shelves still aren’t stocked with basic necessities that early? Then now, for TWO weeks in a row, they’ve substituted my chicken because apparently they ‘don’t have’ two-pound trays?! Like… seriously? You’re a Walmart. How do you not have basic chicken stocked two weeks straight? 😒 At this point, people are honestly better off ordering from Kroger or somewhere else because this Walmart can’t seem to keep basic groceries on the shelves. Bought to cancel walmart + at this point🙄
Took my car for an oil change scheduled at 9:30 and showed up early around 9:15. The lady working the desk checked me in and told me it'd be about 45min-hr. Me and my 5 year old did some shopping and came back to the service area about an hour later. Noticed my app still only said my car was checked in and nothing had been started. I was patient and after another 30 min I went and asked for an update. The guy at the front told me they were running behind and he would check it out. Another hour later they finally said it was done and I received the text that it was ready. I paid $63 and he went to hand me the keys to the WRONG car. Now here i am 2 hours later and i paid for someone else's oil change. He asked if i wanted to just have my keys back and leave. After waiting 2 hrs i said if you can just get it done now id rather not have wasted 2 hrs here for nothing. 3 hrs later and my car was finally done. The supervisor was very polite and apologetic and offered a refund. I get home only to realize i was refunded a totally different amount ($20 less than what i paid) Now im not complaining that I got an oil change for $20 but I just find it kind of ridiculous they tried to make it right and still didn't! I will not be back. I understand things happen but be upfront and don't make 100 excuses when customers get upset. I don't care that there was only one worker when I arrived. We schedule appt times for a reason, Not to sit for 3 hrs with a antsy 5 year old.
