I have seen Dr Martin at Professional Eye Care in Amherst for a few years now but moved and this was my first time at his Huron location. I noticed some familiar faces (Renee the optician, and Dr Martin) but also some people that were new to me. All staff at both locations are kind and patient and respectful people. It was another great visit.
I haven’t been to an eye doctor in years, but realized it was time to get glasses again. Making the appointment was quick and easy as they understand getting in touch with their clients can be done via text, which is easier for me. They sent follow up reminders of appointments leading up to it as well. My appointment was pretty quick overall, the technology that is offered here is more than I’ve seen or heard from others, so I love that! Dr. Martin was extremely patient, made sure to explain everything to me and answered all my questions and offered solutions for my concerns. Every staff member I came into contact with was also pleasant and helpful. Picked out the cutest glasses ever thanks to them. Looking forward to picking up my glasses and having a yearly eye exam again!
This is the best eye doctor appointment I’ve ever been to. Dr Martin was patient and took his time with me. All of the ladies were amazing from setting the appointment to waking out the door.
