Not very professional and bad attitude. Had an appt got canceled and given to other customer. When trying to figure out why it was cancel got cut off multiple times and didnt want to hear the customer. We where your custermers for the past 7 years never had an issue no worries your not the only guy that does eye exam.
Best experience I have ever had in 40 years of going to the eye doctor. Dr. Berg showed me different ways to test my eyes that are overlooked by other Doctors, was very patient, and made sure my new RX was perfect. We had a great conversation during the exam over a wide range of topics. It was like visiting an old friend!
Dr. Berg sets the Gold Standard of Optometry. He gives the most thorough and exacting exams that are far superior to any exams I have had from other optometrists and better than the exam I got from my Ophthalmologist. A few years ago he sent me on my way to get further treatment from an Ophthalmologist /specialist. I am grateful for that recommendation as I needed surgery sooner than later. Today I had the pleasure of visiting his office again for my new glasses rx. The office is welcoming and I am fortunate to be a patient there.
Dr Berg has been my optometrist for many years now. My late husband introduced me to him (he wouldn’t go anywhere else for eye exams either) and I was impressed by his caring demeanor, thoroughness and expertise. When I changed jobs and I went to a different doctor that was on my plan I had a terrible experience and ended up with contacts and glasses that were unwearable and I ended up paying out of pocket to go and see Dr Berg anyway. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Berg to everyone.
Dr. Berg I gave me the most thorough and in depth examination of my eyes that I have ever received! He is truly interested in his patients health, not selling glasses or contacts. He correctly diagnosed an astigmatism in one eye, and warned me of a developing cataract in another. ( Like many in our area a big portion of my working life has been outdoors.) Dr. Berg is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking for a real eye doctor and not just a dispenser of glasses, make an appointment and be prepared for the most careful and thorough eye examination you have ever experienced!
