I recently picked up a new pair of glasses from this location and had an outstanding experience. The entire team was welcoming, but “Jay” truly made the visit exceptional. She was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. “Jay” took the time to explain my options using optometry-specific terms, listened closely to my preferences, and walked me through each step of the ordering process with care and clarity. Her attention to detail and customer-focused approach made me feel confident in my choices. Highly recommend this location. Highly recommend them. Greg made me feel valued even though I wasn't there but for them to pop out my lenses from my broken frames, and to reinstall them into new frames, at no charge. All with a smile, and I will be going back when I'm ready for new glasses. Thanks so!

I came to the vision center and I had some problems with my VA prescription glasses of which they gave me excuses and the run around. However both Mrs Jaclyn and Mrs. Stacie help fix my eye glasses issue. Not only did they fix my glasses but they gave me some educational information about why I had this problem. Shame on the Temple VA eye glass center. The staff here was professional and patient as I had multiple questions, bottom line, job well done and continued success to you all.

My name is Victor Martinez , I had the pleasure of meeting Stacie one of the optometrist in your optical center yesterday, she made getting my daughters very first pair of glasses, an amazing experience , she even went above and beyond to make sure my Little girl got the best pair of glasses possible.
