He is such a wonderful doctor (Favetta) who gave me my first pair of eyeglasses 25 years ago and I have continued to come back through the years because I trust him. The office staff in this new building is even more pleasant than the previous one. I wish all of my doctors were like this.

My husband and I went to Dr. Favetta for our check up. He was very thorough, asked if we had any questions. Super nice. His staff top notch and friendly!

I had a 1:30 PM appointment today and arrived about 15 minutes early. I was checked in at the front desk, then waited over an hour without ever being called. During that time, I saw other patients come in and out, while the staff member who checked me in never once followed up or acknowledged that I had been waiting so long. When I finally got up to ask what was going on, it felt like they didn’t even remember checking me in. I ended up leaving after wasting my time and leaving work early for this appointment. The doctor themselves is fine—I’ve been here before with no issues—but the front desk staff seriously dropped the ball. Better organization and basic communication are clearly needed.

Outstanding Eye Care Experience! I had an amazing experience with my eye doctor. He is truly a professional—knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I felt very well cared for, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for expert eye care. Simply the best!
