Honestly the better Walmart in Tallahassee… and that says something. About a month or two ago I had to talk to corporate because I wasn’t given a discount on an item that said it was on clearance. I was unable to get in touch with a manager in the store or on the phone, which okay, they are overworked and underpaid i understand, but why can a company that prides itself in “customer service” not answer the phone??? Also this issue was not resolved and this continues happening again, I go in and I see items on the clearance shelf that are very likely not on clearance as it does not say so online. It’s honestly embarrassing for a big company like this to have customer service and store operations so understaffed. Also, I go in 7/13 and I see that there is some yogurt on clearance, cool! I look at it and it says it expired 6/24/2026. Almost an entire month ago. That is truly so disgusting. I tell this to a staff member and it didn’t really seem like she cared that much but she said she would let someone know. But I bet I was not the first person to point it out, as the shelf was full of expired yogurt and nobody was buying it, even for half off. I could try to reach out to corporate again about this but they won’t care, they won’t care about some complaints because they know that people will keep coming to them because they are cheap. Cheap and expired. Another thing, maybe this is just a Tallahassee issue because nothing like this would ever happen up North on repeat. Walmart do better, and Tallahassee demand better.

Two trips in less than a week for tires. The first trip was HORRIBLE - the manager (Courtney?) was very rude, put too much pressure in my tire, and lacked customer service. Assuming I was the wrong race or ethnic background. Came back today due to another tire issue - Chris and a white gentleman with grayish in his beard helped me. They both educated me on tires, what would be the best option for my car, and price. They listened to me, handled my concerns in a very professional manner, was compassionate during my rants. Those are the kinds of people that need to be in management not the first guy that was arrogant and rude. I hope Corporate sees this and gives the two guys who helped me today props for turning the bad experience from the first trip into a good one today. Its emploees like that - ensure repeat customers for your business to thrive. Get rid of that manager- he doesnt have what it takes to run your auto department.

It was our first time visiting Walmart, and we loved it! We tried riding the carts and went through every aisle of everything they had to offer and have on display. They have great products for fair prices and spacious parking outside. No shady parking, but it's safe and built well. Walmart sells snacks, food, toys, and more!

Amazing bakery department who will make custom items that are fresh and delicious!

The employee are rude, especially the one that's always at the fitting room. The ones at the check out, never seem to be paying attention. They only ever have one register open and one side of the check outs open which in results the line literally being wrapped around from the check out all the way down too the frozen section. One star mainly because of the employee especially the one that's always at the fitting room. She extremely rude. It's so bad I actually rather just buy whatever instead of trying it on and return it.
