Joy Family Vision

I've been going here for a few years and I love it. I tried a different place that's closer to home last year but I came back this year because it's worth the longer drive. The staff is friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait long for appointments. The doctors are great and they explain things in a way that's easy to understand. The ladies who help you pick out your frames are fabulous. They will pick some for you or they'll let you take the lead if that's what you want. Definitely will keep coming back!

The lady who helped me with my glasses was phenominal! She is the examle of superior customer service. I came in with low budget just trying to utilize my benefits on before losing them on the last day of the year. Not only did she help find a pair that I liked that were in my budget, but she also helped me find a pair that I LOVED and gave me all the pricing for all the upgrades I want, so I know what to expect when I come back. Thank you so much for the great service! 🙂

If you see any reviews posted by myself on Yelp (KenGomm) regarding a absolute dreadful experience at Pearl Vision they were not directed at the Rocky River branch. The views were directed at the Palma branch at West Ridgewood Drive. How Yelp managed to redirect the reviews to the wrong branch who knows. It could be operator error. I have just been to the Rocky River branch who could not be more helpful. Definitely 5 star. Apologies for any problems caused
