Dr. Regala is actually really nice. He’s quick, and very efficient. All my experiences with the front desk have been incredible too. Not sure why the other reviews are so bad. I really like this office. It’s quick, never had to wait that long and Dr. Regala is super efficient.

My Fiancé recently visited this doctor for concerns of his nasal blockage. Mind you, he had to wait months before even getting an appointment. As I sat and listened to his advice and directions, I was not impressed. Matter of fact, I was disappointed and shocked at his professionalism. We felt rushed and was told to just use a nasal spray. No follow up appointment necessary and to leave. No eye contact either. The paper work took longer to complete, than the actual visit with him. Wish I read the reviews before making the appointment.
Dr Christopher A Regala MD ENT is a wonderful Doctor but his staff should be all fired. They are lazy and incompetent and will never return a call and schedule you for an appointment.
I got traumatized by this appointment and now I’m too afraid to have my deviated septum corrected. He stuck a camera up my nose and did it without care really fast not explaining much to me then said I could either have surgery to correct it or use the spray. I asked him if he was the one that would be performing the surgery he said yes and I said no.. I will say the girls at the front desk are really nice and pleasant. He just seemed in a rush. It totally sucked because I need this corrected and would like to go to somebody else, but after this experience, I’m just too scared.
The Dr, and his whole team is sad!!!! The lead officer manager blames everyone but them, and let me state they have so much h excuses for the way they poorly treat the patients, lastly and most importantly I waited for almost 6 months and a whole lot of calling/ chasing them to get an appointment only to have the Dr come in looking irritated, and no patient Dr interaction what so ever he jams numbing q tips in my nose then jams a camera down one side of my nose, and when he couldn't get it down pulls it back with no words to shove it down the other nostril. Then basically sad he's nose spray and ointment, oh yeah I might have heartburn. I'm like what?? And was told to come back later on in a month or so. I would rather wait a year for a decent Dr and team before having to go back to them again...
