Just 4 Eyes

Awful experience. Called to get myself and my boyfriend in. I called a few minutes after they opened. they left me on hold for 37 minutes. i specifically asked them if they take his insurance and they said yes so i scheduled for the next available day A MONTH AHEAD. me and my boyfriend show up 45 minutes early to fill out paper work and the lobby was filled with the staff bantering and ignoring patients. finally once they spoke to us the extremely rude lady said that my boyfriend had no appointment even though he has received a confirmation voicemail as well as myself. the woman then proceeded to tell him that they don’t take his insurance but asks if he wants to still be seen? then i ask for my card back and the woman seems aggravated but if they can waste my time then i can surely waste theirs. not getting a single dime from me. i would not recommend this place to anyone, i sincerely pray for those unfortunate enough to be deceived into coming here.

Worst experience I have ever had! Very unprofessional! If i could give a zero I would! The doctor was nice but it seemed like a very short exam. The secretary was rude and kept getting on the other secretary for not closing out of a program or not pushing her chair in cause she tripped trying to take a shortcut, also criticizing her because she put glasses in the wrong place all while customers were there and hearing all that too. I told her I didn't want bifocals and she kept telling me I had to have them and I didn't want them and she raised her voice at me and said you have to have them. I took them back 2 days later because I couldn't see out of them with the bifocals and asked for them to be removed and they charged me $75 for the bifocals which I didn't want and when they put them the way I asked in the first place they didn't refund my money either.

Stupid place ..they made me an appointment for 5pm.. they close at 5pm! Drove all the way up here and there wasn’t a single car in the godam parking lot! Unbelievable!!!! So angry .

Considering I've never been to the eye doctor before. I don't know what the standard protocol is but these people made my experience pretty darn cool. I actually had a fun time there! I would definitely recommend 👌this place.

Came back after many years and I still love this place. The staff were so nice along with the doctor. Many nice pairs to choose from even with me having medicaid that surprised me honestly. If you're looking for a nice eye doctors place to go check here first.
