Just 4 Eyes

I saw all of the bad reviews and I thought, no way it is that bad people are just being negative. I had the worst and most unprofessional experience of my life! The front desk staff was nice. The doctor was horrible. It had been a while since I had gone to the eye doctor so I didn't know what my prescription was exactly. I wasn't sure what to bring to the appointment. I told them what I thought my prescription was. No one asked for what kind of contacts I wear, they just gave me what was popular. They didn't fit right so when I came back for my follow up appointment I told them what kind I needed. the Doctor was LIVID that I needed a different kind of contact. He was so disrespectful and made some nasty comments to me. I also told him I was concerned that my astigmatism was not on my glasses prescription. I told him what it was and he just typed it into his computer and made up an axis number! didn't even check my eyes at all! And then he wanted to send me away with no new contacts in the new prescription to try! I told him I payed for the contact prescription part of my appointment and he scoffed, walked away, and finally threw some contacts at me. I left crying. Also the contacts he gave me were somehow not what he had written on the prescription because the left contact hurt my eye - I had eye strain form an incorrect prescription for 5 days (severe headache, double vision, and muscle weakness in my eye). I paid to have a REAL PROFESSIONAL check my eyes and they were wonderful. This place is a nightmare, they hurt my eye. Don't go here!!

Just 4 Eyes is an amazing place I have been going to them for glasses and contacts for years. The girls up front are always in good moods, full of spirt and ready to help with anything. Dr. Bierly is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The appointments are quick yet thorough. As a T1D, he also goes over my eye health with me related to that.

I wish I could just leave No stars. I had to have new glasses after 10 yrs and they take Medicaid. Don't come here. It took them making my lens 3 times before they checked and the Dr rushes so much that my right eye was Not the Correct Prescription, something that should have been checked out after the second time!Sam is great and thankfully she got it straightened out. The rest of the staffing is a joke including the Lab technician who's more concerned about smoking a cigarette every 10 minutes. They're extremely Unprofessional in many ways. I didn't need to hear about they're partying, drinking as well as the foul mouth's also screaming about getting a house when you're coworkers are on the phone with patients. This talk is something to talk about when the shop isn't full of people! Save yourselves the month and a half it took for them to actually get my glasses done correctly ? Haye to give them a star, just don't waste your time here,!

Came in to schedule appointment, they told us to move car out of handicap spot . We told them we have an plaqcard and wife is 5months high risk pregnancy. I also have two fully herniated disc in my back causing narrowing in my spine receiving PT currently! After telling them that she whispered to co-worker to call the building manger and they will handle it. They seemed super up tight about it and seeing the 3.6 eating and looking at reviews I would find another place . It truly sucks ! But No matter what - Jesus Loves You

I just came from my most recent appointment. Dr. Bierly as always was very kind and informative. All the staff were also very kind and helpful. Special thank you to Leara for being very sweet in helping me find a good pair of frames with the maze of styles to choose from and positioning the bifocal line in the correct spot. THANK YOU to all.
