Dr. Wong is super patient, really knowledgeable, and actually took the time to ask thoughtful questions (which no one ever has, even in big cities like Chicago or SF). He ended up spotting a condition I didn’t even bring up—and it totally explained an issue I’ve had for years and myself never gave attention to it but was totally spot on. He didn’t try to upsell me or push expensive stuff. Instead, he helped me pick out glasses and frames that actually made sense for me, customized —something no one’s ever done before and I have been wearing glasses since almost 2 decades. Really appreciated how honest and thorough he was. The glasses also have been perfect! PS: he didn’t ask me to write this or leave a review.
