Should not even be in business! This clinic will make elderly patients reschedule when their 10-15 minds late, but the staff are always late? It's also illegal to charge a patient a, full hour long visit when again, staff are so late, you have 20 minutes of that with them. There are few options for care up here and it's a shame that this clinic, call in the wrong prescriptions, wrong doses, and does test after test but never follows up on anything. The worst experience I've ever had after 30 years being disabled. No other clinics have ever treated you so horrible. Than when you file a complaint with the state board of Nursing, you find out a lot of doctors, nurses and staff, are addicts to drugs and or alcohol, they get slapped on the wrist while the patients still suffer! Not to mention the tax payer funded, you should be more professional. The excuse short staffed is a you problem, not a patient problem! You neglected several people that use to go here including me. It's a real shame too that people don't tell their honest opinions or that 95% don't leave reviews. To many complaints about this clinic. This only applies to the Millinocket clinic. Not sure how the other clinics are. Would not recommend anyone go to this clinic! No doctors, just nurse practitioners. They can't even send you to the specialists, cause they try to act as if they know what they're doing. Much better places to go than here. They should remove all the phrase painted in black letters on there walls, nothing it says is true.

This place needs to be shut down, they are horrible people who seem to go out of their way to refuse services to the ones who need them most. They don't care about you, your teeth or how much pain you are in. Everytime we show up for a scheduled appointment, nobody knows what's going on. My wife scheduled an appointment on four separate occasions for a tooth extraction, only to be told that they only have time to do an X-ray or that they needed to do more x-rays because they have a new dentist. It keeps snowballing, literally! Now she has more teeth that need attention, on top of it all she now is being told that she can not be seen until December! Pathetic, simply put THEY DONT CARE AND THEY ARE MILKING THE SATE FOR ALL ITS WORTH!
Not impressed by their scheduling and billing service, sadly. I called their office and made an appointment looking for someone to do a root canal. The lady on the phone told me they were able to so I made an appointment since that was what I needed done. The consultation was great and the dentist's were great and the staff. However they told me they don't do root canals.. so the appointment was for nothing. I ended up going elsewhere to get the root canal done. I'm now still trying to get my bill figured out since they never apply my dental insurance and keep billing me the full amount. I provided my insurance info at the appointment in February. I made two calls and husband made one a few weeks ago and was finally told there was no insurance claim and no insurance info. So he provided that through phone. I still got another bill without insurance added so I called again and there is still no insurance info for me. So I provided it for the third time. Hopefully they will finally do their job and send a claim so I can finally pay their bill.
When I read all the negative comments I’m actually quite surprised. I go there for eyes and dental, and I have been treated with respect, kindness and great work. The place is clean, and the people are professional,. My mouth hurts, they help me. Period. Fill out your paper work, be patient with staff, and remain calm…. You’ll get everything you need. I am grateful for the services they provide, and don’t have to drive to Bangor to see a doctor. We are lucky to have a place to go right here in our town. Thank you KVHC …
I had my first eye appointment with Doctor Farrell today. I was super nervous going in because I have been having so vision issues and due to various anxieties. I went in fearing the worst, and got the best. Both the technician and doctor himself were amazing. Super receptive and kind. They never downplayed any of the things I presented to them and validated the things I was experiencing. Thank you all for making my visit everything I needed it to be, I look forward to future visits!
