It’s rare that I feel compelled to write a review about anyone or anything, negative or positive. However, I would travel many many hours to come here. Dr Kass is genuinely THE BEST healthcare provider and human you can find. Not only is he 100% going to be one of the best in his field, if he isn't already, but he just knows how to gauge his patients and communicate accordingly. (If he reports to anyone, and you’re reading this, I think it would be in your best interest to consider a raise) He is generous with his time and makes sure you NEVER leave that room with questions. So like, who cares about wait time? Who cares about slightly shorter staffing or literally anything else for that matter? When/if you’re lucky enough to be treated by excellence, there’s nothing else to complain about. So thank you, KVHC staff, you guys are the real ones.
