The eye doctor was great. My glasses are working wonderfully. The ladies at front desk could work on soft skills. They are providing a service to the public. I didnt feel real welcomed or appreciated at all. However great glasses and examination.Dr. Volk is amazing.
Grew up going here and thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Dean. The lady at the front desk is very defensive over the phone, I had to prod and double down just to get previous expired prescription information to go find a new office because they’re booked out 2-4 months in advance for appointments. Very disappointed.
Dr Volk was kind and explained everything. She was able to fix my complicated RX and remake my lenses and they’re perfect.
