Katzen Eye Group is very professional, very detailed in explaining my cataract procedures. Successful removed my cataracts from my right eye! I could see very clear immediately after the surgery! I definitely enjoyed my visits! I am looking forward to my left eye cataract surgery on July 6th! See right eye! The cataracts were removed yesterday!! 😊
I have been a patient for ten plus years. I love the convenience. There’s a new front desk staff at the Towson location. The ladies are not as pleasant as the previous. The lady who I submitted my co-pay to seemed as if I disturbed her. Kai took me to the back and she was awesome. Everyone else was pleasant and my doctor was great. But the customer service is changing. Let’s all be nice to one another.
I had a pleasant experience with Katzen. Every step in my journey to getting my surgery to my first eye was truly a good experience. I await the second eye surgery and pray victory over them both. I have had only the best people providing my care every step of the way.

I had a bad reaction to a medication. I was able be seen with Dr. Loskot and he is Amazing just like all of my doctor's there at Katzen Eye Group on York Road. Dr. Neutze, Dr, Harlan, Dr. Butterworth and everyone at the eyeglass center as well. Very nice, very patient and very great at explaining everything. I love Katzen Eye Group at York Road.
