They were very accommodating for an issue that popped up overnight. I had to return the next day as well. Very little waiting. Dr. Patel was super friendly and likeable. I'm not sure the issue was fully diagnosed but cleared up in a couple of days anyway. If this was closer to home I'd definitely return.
First time at this location and I’m completely satisfied. Dr Blemard was kind, attentive and thorough. She asked what my visions concerns were and took the time to listen. She was great! First time I felt I’ve been heard in years. Everyone that I interacted with during my visit was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I left the office smiling and would be happy to refer my friends and family to them.
Friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Meg used my online check in information, which saved most of the preliminary paperwork. Lauren completed my initial exam efficiently, Dr. Patel did a thorough exam, clearly explained the results, answered all my questions and recommended next steps. Sara(h?) got me set up for a consult with a provider and provided information for both the doctor and explained how they would assist with navigating the insurance to provide the best choices going forward. Pleasant office, easy parking and accessibility. Just keep a good lookout for their sign, which isn't large but blocks view of traffic from the right when leaving. Follow up visit one week after surgery: Dr. Patel was thorough and patiently answered my many questions. The tech who took initial measurements and vision screening was very good, along with pleasant and thorough. A well run practice!
Everyone at this location is professional and polite. Doctor Patel appeared to be very knowledgeable. What I disliked about my visit was I arrived at 2:50 pm for my 3:00 pm appointment. I wasn’t called to the back until 3:28 pm. I hope this isn’t the norm. No complaints about the rest of the service , it was good. The doctor even provided me with a coupon for over the counter drops.
Yesterday I had an eye exam and selected new eye glasses at Katzen Eye Group. The staff there were friendly, welcoming and professional. They managed my appointment in a timely manner, answered all of my questions and processed the paperwork efficiently. I would recommend them to all my friends and family without hesitation.
