I loved my last doctor there, Dr Olaru. I will be looking for a new doctor. I had an 8:00 appt and got there at 8:05. I had done all paperwork online before the appointment. The receptionist said let me go and see if she will still see me since I was late. She came back 5 minutes later and said the nurse could not see me. Meanwhile I always sit there and wait for my appointments at least 20 minutes. Terrible service.

I have dealt with some great providers there. The issues I have had is with the support staff. They require up to 72 hours for a response on all communication including medication refills. You can of course call the office or message someone in a more direct way. If you manage to get a hold of someone before the 72 hours it’s very common for the support staff to reply to you in anyway to a frustrated tone like “how dare you! Do you know how busy we are?” To even being called names. I had a refill that took two weeks to even get an answer. When you send a message it shows a time stamp that someone has read it. I waited four days. I got in touch with someone. I was very nice i work in health care myself i understand the stress. I was bombarded with a slew of messages calling me everything from “crazy” to “childish.” I got in touch with the office manager she read the messages and said there was no excuse for their staff to talk to me like that. However, nothing was done not even an apology. This happened sometime ago and I wanted to stay because I really like my provider, which leads to another issues with them. They have the worst attrition I’ve seen in any medical office when it comes to providers. It seems the trend is starting again. I’m waiting to hear about 3 medications, one of which is for asthma and any efforts to contact them is an invitation for them to get really aggressive with me. It’s not worth it if you get monthly medication refills and the process to get these refills causes a lot of stress and anxiety.

One of the worst places I have ever visited so far. I used to have a primary care physician who left the practice and I was never told that I should find a new practitioner or was transferred to a new one. I had to follow up and ask for it and then I was told that my primary care physician left the practice and I was given an appointment after 4 months to meet a new one. Upon my arrival at 10:08 a.m. for my 10:00 a.m. appointment I was told that I need to reschedule because there is no grace period anymore now. Even though I was told that I should be arriving at 9:45 a.m. I was never told that there is absolutely no grace period at all and that would lead to the reschedule of appointment. I will suggest everybody to stay away from this practice please because they are highly unprofessional and do not accommodate even minor delays. If you're looking for a better quality care and compassionate practice, better find some other place. I certainly have left this practice today.

Made me miss my mammogram because they would not answer the phone to send over the referral! I was 40 mins early to my mammogram! It was my day off and now I have to use PTO to reschedule. Complete waste of time and disregard for my time. Terrible customer service

Today I had a video visit I have been waiting 3 weeks for when I get on the video visit which I was on for over an hour I get a notification that the office is running late then nothing so after an hour waiting I call the office and wait on hold for 15 minutes I am told the doctor who never showed up had to skip me and go to the next person . This sucks cause I need my meds now I don't know what I am going to do. Please help me
