Dr. Dowling is great and all the staff was so pleasant to work with. Very patient as I picked out my frames. Grateful for finding this place through a friend and highly recommend it!!
The Keeton family no longer owns this place. It is now owned by some mega corporate conglomerate of some sort and the customer service is now terrible. The people at the front desk were clueless on how to deal with insurance and even when my insurance company called them they had no desire to try to work with them or figure out a solution. They definitely have lost a lifelong customer and I would recommend not going back to them. It was really good when it was a family owned place. I knew the family well.
Everyone was very welcoming and the eye exam with Dr. Dowling was very thorough.
I've been going to this office for 20+ years as my mom has taken me here ever since I was a child. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Dowling is so kind and gentle and is always willing to answer any questions i might have. I highly recommend Keeton to anyone who needs an eye doctor.
