I had my first appointment here recently, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. From the woman at the front desk to the doctor to the woman who helped me choose a new pair of glasses, I found everyone friendly and professional. Visits to my previous optometrist often lasted 2-3 hours. I'll be changing to Kelly Family Eyecare.

I spent over $500 on a pair of eyeglasses. The glasses came back with lint embedded in the lenses a good five times. I got so sick of it so the last time that happened I decided just to let it go even with lint in bedded in the lenses. My glasses fell off the dresser 2 months later and the frame broke. Of course they broke because they had remade the lenses several times so the frame was weakened! I have dropped many eyeglasses and none of them ever broke! They would not replace them or give my money back. That was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent! So disappointed! I would go elsewhere!
