Our experience with Kelly N. Pouliot was very disappointing. My husband was treated for double vision and prescribed prism lenses. After the glasses were made exactly as prescribed, it became clear the prescription was incorrect. Despite the seriousness of the issue and the fact that the visit was paid out of pocket, there was no timely follow-up. We waited several days with no call, and when we contacted the office, we were told this would be addressed at a routine follow-up two weeks later — even though my husband could not drive or work due to double vision. This was not a routine case, and the lack of urgency and accountability was concerning. We ultimately sought care elsewhere and were seen promptly. I would not recommend this provider for cases that require attentive follow-up or timely correction.
