Kentucky Eye Institute - Corbin

This was my first visit to Kentucky Eye Institute and the visit went very well from the moment my appointment was made until I drove out of the parking lot. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment started right on time and I was processed through the usual activities in the back office by back office staff who were very professional in their actions. Dr. Blackburn was very nice. He took his time and explained thoroughly what he was investigating and what his investigation found. I appreciated his explanation of his findings and recommendations going forward. Dr. Blackburn appears very knowledgeable and experienced. His presentation is professional and yet he is also personable and friendly. A great experience.

I have been to both, the London office and the Corbin office. The staff are always very nice and friendly. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. The OD is very thorough and actually cares about you. Getting my Rx lenses are easy. Nothing is pushed on the patient and their knowledge is amazing. If I could give them a 10/10 I would, but unfortunately it only goes to 5.

Everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. The front desk girls were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Meister was also so friendly and easy going, very knowledgeable. The young woman who helped me pick out glasses was just as kind, fun and helpful! They explained all questions thoroughly. Highly recommend Dr. Meister and this eye clinic.

I am always very pleased with Kentucky Eye Institute and Dr. Curtis. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. All personal are also so friendly and helpful.

I was treated GREAT this year for my exam. The girl that took me back first took all the time in the world with me trying to get my prescription right! And then Dr Eldridge…I can’t say enough good about her! She was awesome! She took me back to the beginning and did my exam differently than the first go round to make SURE everything was good! She let me know that after 2 weeks of wearing new glasses, if not perfect to come back! I have never been treated so well there even after many years of seeing Dr Curtis! I give Dr Eldridge a 15 out of 10 ☺️
