Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. My husband went in for his appointment. The man wouldn't listen to him on if he could see better or worse. Skip to a week after ordering the glasses. He got the prescription wrong. Now we have to go to another vision center to get the correct prescription to have the glasses changed. Worst experience ever!
Great place to get vision checked and glasses or contacts! The optician and the staff that fit you for glasses or contacts are all friendly, efficient, and helpful! Excellent!
I paid $360 in store after they ran my glasses through the insurance. I then received 3 bills in the mail from Walmart Vision Center, because they didn't process through my insurance correctly. They don't know what they are doing. Will not be using them in the future.
The Vision Center Manager helped my elderly mother today pick out and order a pair of glasses. She was very kind and helpful. Such a difference in the Corbin and London centers. I recommend Corbin 100% and do not recommend London at all. At London, they are very rude and unprofessional!!!
Had no idea you could get an exam there but not buy glasses there no one bothered to mention that to me. then when I needed a copy of my prescription that I paid for, they have so far taken over an hour to shoot a fax. Never will I go back
