The staff here are super good. Even if they have a “off” day. They work really hard and deserve the highest praise. Nobody likes going to the hospital. I think people forget that they have to go everyday and deal with peoples feelings and situations daily. We have had bad experiences here but the good outweigh the bad considering the circumstances.
We brought my Aunt here from a smaller hospital where she was not getting proper care. She had a feeding tube and could not eat or drink. UK did not discharge her until they got her back to normal and off the feeding tube.
Moving the infusion clinic here is a great benefit for those of us that cannot walk well. I'm one of the people that are happy they moved.
They are absolutely horrible! They never checked or changed his bandages after he was in a horrible motorcycle accident. Then didn't do the surgery to repair his broken knee and sent him home with an infection that could have caused him to lose his leg😡 worst place ever to send anyone
