Kessler Eyecare Next To Visionworks

Man, I can’t say enough good things about Whitney Scott and her team. I came here for my first eye appointment ever. As I’m getting older, my vision is getting a little bit worse overtime, and they were extremely patient with me, explained everything to me in great detail. They did a fantastic exam, it helped me get fitted for my contacts, and even spent time showing me how to properly insert them and remove them. Everyone there is so friendly and so kind.

I've been a several-year customer of Kessler eyecare, and so has my wife and two daughters. Although I've never had to wait very long when I do a "walk in" visit, most times we make an appointment, show up 10 minutes early to update our information, and we're seen promptly. This week, my daughter and I all had appointments and were all done within an hour, and I even had a contact lens fitting. The staff has always been friendly and professional and they're good about answering all our questions, and we've never had a billing problem with them. And I like the fact that I can get "fitted" for contacts, but can get my prescription and purchase my contacts on-line for significant cost savings, because my insurance doesn't pick up my lens cost.

I went in for my contact lens exam and was told that I had to do a follow-up visit before I would be given my prescription. I think this is ridiculous as I've already had the exam. The eye doctor saw me in the lenses and I should not have to miss a half day of work to go back in to actually get my prescription which they already have. I think this is ridiculous and it puts an undo burden on the patient. They're holding my prescription hostage.

I recently had to switch eye doctors due to having new insurance my old one didn’t take and I am SO happy with the switch. I have been to Kessler Eye Care on several occasions this year alone due to various issues with my eyes and have been amazed with the staff and service every time. Dr Scott is awesome , so kind and friendly. The ladies upfront are also very polite and professional. I have zero complaints and recommend them to everyone.

I've been seeing them for the last 4 years and have had a great experience! They are thorough and always listen to my concerns. I will keep going and recommending them!
