I have been coming here for years and years, and I have never once been treated the way I was today. I only continued coming because of Jordan, who has always been kind, respectful, and professional. But now there is a new young girl there that I have never seen before, and her attitude was absolutely unbelievable. These young people nowadays seem to spend more time on their phones than actually helping customers. It is very disappointing to see how customer service has changed over the years. I was raised to treat people with kindness and respect, especially paying customers, and that clearly was not the case during my visit. She was rude, dismissive, and acted as if helping me was some sort of inconvenience. After being a loyal customer for so long, I never expected to be spoken to or treated this way. It honestly upset me. I will not be coming back again after this experience. It is sad to see a place I once enjoyed going to go downhill because of rude behavior and poor customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed in this company. I've been a past customer for years and since they moved it's gone downhill. They didn't add my anti reflectant to my order not once but twice and I had to wait weeks for the redo and it still wasn't done correctly. Now I'm done and over this I return my entire order and they said they would fill out a form or something that contacts my insurance to let them know to reinstate my coverage but would take 30 days. Just found out after contacting my insurance they NEVER did it. So I wasted a whole month of not being able to find new glasses somewhere else. So disappointed, I will never come here or recommend it ever again.
I've never had glasses let alone visited an optometrist for vision issues. Alanna took the time to explain and hear my concerns and properly answered my questions about frames. Navigating the situation as a first time customer was a lil anxiety ridden but they made the experience pleasant. They provided solid recommendations on frames that complimented my face shape. I'd for sure recommend anyone looking for frames to go here.
Maize Road location is beautiful and clean. The manager is dedicated Third Key is vital to retain. The individual who originally helped me was part time and does not appear to have the skills or intent to do things right the first time. When my order came in the store hours were changed since she left. Starting 17th of January when I had to go get lens redone the store went back to normal. When you come from over an hour away you shouldn’t have to drive to door to see hours changed. Perhaps Visionworks’ upper management should ask dependable employees why they are so dependable and value that! Rehiring people that don’t do things right the first time, cutting hours and pay, & putting managers on salary & expect 12+ hours/per without breaks shows you don’t value your people which trickles down to customers. I admire current Manager and Third Key people! They get 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for dedication & reliability & customer service. I understand we are in a time where finding reliable help is difficult but they shouldn’t have to hire bad help in order to have time off.
I saw Dr. Rose, which I’ve never seen prior. I have been having trouble seeing since my last eye appointment. This year, I’m glad I chose to go to Green vision I feel like I got the best eye exam I’ve ever had and she actually listened to me with my concerns regarding my eyes and my overall health that could be affecting my eyesight. It was truly the best experience I’ve had. I needed bifocals and because of the work I do I needed my bifocals put in a separate pair of Eyeglass frames because I work facing straight on not looking up and down, and she didn’t hesitate to direct me to prescriptions one for my bifocals and one for my far side As for the customer service, I got when choosing or picking up my glasses. It was lacking quite I wasn’t impressed with the customer service I received, and I will probably take my prescription somewhere else next year to have it filled, but I will be back to see the same optometrist. Thank you for helping me see again. #girlwithascrewdriver
