I was able to get an appointment scheduled the same day I called. I received reminders via text about the appt. The whole staff from beginning to end were very personable. April,. whom I was with the longest had a great personality ! I would recommend Key Whitman to anyone! D Watson

First, I arrived and found out the Optometrist who I have been with for about 20 years, would not be seeing me. I should have been made aware before I arrived. The young Optometrist was very nice and thorough, so no problem there, but I should have been notified. Then, after getting my exam and a new eyeglass prescription, I found out there was no one available to take the order, make the measurements/fit etc... and fill my prescription. A week later, I made the 45 minute trip (each way) only to find out, the one person who could make the measurements and fill my eyeglass prescription was not there that day either! (car trouble). I'll go elsewhere to get my prescription filled and will likely find another provider for future exams etc... I never had issues before Eyecare of Greenville was sold to Key-Whitman.
Very thorough exam .All workers professional and caring.I got extra help because my insurance wouldn't pay for expensive eyedrops that were needed and prescribed.Very easy parking and they have products for sale such as eye glasses .
Spent an hour and a half waiting to be seen. After finally seeing the doctor there was no one to help me pick out glasses. Very disappointed by the experience and very much not like my ophthalmologist in California.
Office hours listed online are wrong. Showed up to get glasses for my daughter and the office wasn't open. Can't get them to answer the phone, only voice maze of options.
