I had an excellent experience at Cavette Optometrist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide quality eye care. Overall, I highly recommend Cavette Optometrist to anyone in the Greenville area looking for attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly eye care. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Cavett is both personable and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my questions and answered each one thoroughly and clearly. Dr. Cavett is a high-energy person which is nice as it makes me feel like she is totally focused on what she is doing with me. I’ve typically purchased my glasses online using the prescription that Dr. Cavett gives me, so it’s nice that there’s no pressure to get the glasses through them. However, if you’re worried about fit, finish and perfect function, their prices are reasonable for what they carry. Their diagnostic equipment is modern and I always pay a little extra to get the special retinal scan which they keep on file to track any ocular degradation.

The whole staff is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Dr. Cavett takes the time to listen to any concerns, and explains all test results, procedures, and recommendations completely. I highly recommend this practice.
