The secretary or whoever is answering calls has the worst attitude. She should not be in a patient-facing role. I simply wanted my glasses prescription sent to me because I moved out of state and my glasses broke. Apparently their “email doesn’t work” and they can’t read my prescription over the phone because it’s “confidential information”. I have had much more critical medical information provided to me via phone with a simple name and date of birth provided.

We have been going here for a couple years and never had a problem until today!! Called to make appts for my twins and she was very rude and short.... They just lost a family of 6 as customers!! Businesses are only as good as the employees.... Truly sad

I will never use these people again lady was very rude my case for my glasses didn't even fit the glasses can't even shut the case with my glasses in it very unprofessional

For the most part it good.....one lady (not gonna specify which one) is kinda rude and short with the costumer
