Found everything that I needed with no issues. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking lot was clean and well maintained. Buggy’s were neat and orderly. All products were zoned and faced properly.

The checker was really pretty and has a great attitude. (Checker was my wife). The store has a general attitude issue. The personal shoppers will not get their carts out of the center of the narrow aisles. Ive seen many of them bullshitting and blocking entire aisles. If you compare this walmart to the one on HWY 19, it is literally night and day difference. The store needs a renovation but to be honest,it would be wasted. The parking lot has 2 or three huge craters in it. As in so big they put road hazard cones around it and they continue to expand in depth and diameter. Ive lived in Meridian for about 3 years and they've attempted to fill them in but they return almost immediately. The central driveway is confusing as all hell because apparently no one can figure out how to navigate it. They cant seem to figure out that there are two distinct exit lanes and one entrance. They also cant seem to figure out that you cant turn left from the right turn only lane or that there is even a right turn only lane. Ultimately, the design of the parking lot is a fairly decent depiction of what a walmart in a dead town looks like. Bright spot: Cashier Mary is always pleasant and 3 times faster than people who are half her age. Love her to death.
Filthiest bathrooms like a 3rd world country. The new blaring intercom music is enough to stress out anybody. People with ADHD ADD and anxiety disorders SPD ODD ASD PTSD should prepare to shop elsewhere. In fact I could no longer imagine taking children into the store.
Tiffany need to find her a new job. I’ve never had any issues with the cashiers but she was just in a bad ass mood looked like she didn’t wanna be there AT all. Put her to do something else somewhere in the back where she don’t gotta help people preferably.
Nice staff, made eye contact and actually smiled and asked if I needed assistance. Crazy that I was visiting this location, still in Mississippi, but NEVER have had this sincere of an interaction with any location in and around the Hinds, Rankin or Madison locations.
