Meridian Eye Care

While the office staff and assistants were professional and accommodating, my experience with the doctor was highly disappointing. Rather than focusing on my eye health and the symptoms I came in for, the doctor questioned my use of a wheelchair. These types of microaggressions are irrelevant to optometric care and create an unwelcoming environment. I will be seeking a provider who prioritizes clinical expertise over questioning a patient’s mobility needs. Furthermore, the physical examination was overly aggressive. The doctor applied excessive and painful pressure to a chalazion, leaving my eye sore and tender. This contradicts standard medical advice to avoid manipulation of the area.

We picked up our first pair of glasses three days before Christmas and Kaumari was so excited. She got to see how her transition lenses change will look and the she got to try on her new glasses. We are still getting accustomed to wearing them and everyone loves them, they are so pretty, can't you see!!

First visit was today for my kids he explained everything great love that. He is nice and kind great staff

My daughter was seen at Meridian Eye Care for the first time today. Dr. Otto was wonderful and kind! The techs in the back were also great! Unfortunately, her experience with picking out and purchasing eyeglasses was not as great. The lady who helped her while I was on the phone with her, was rude and very condescending. Definitely need improvement in customer service in the optical area. Overall would recommend seeing the doctors at this clinic.
