I met with Jeff, who spent over an hour with me while we decided all the lens options. Ultimately the lenses we chose didn't work out but they were happy to make a change and get me the lenses I needed for my lifestyle. Last year I brought in a pair of sunglasses, that two other optical shops rejected. I love these glasses and I've had them for years and King was able to fit new lenses so I could continue wearing them. King is a wonderful optical shop. I'm very happy. Thank you

The folks at King Optical are amazing! Dr. Jeff was incredibly knowledge and Ms. Kim was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable as well. My daughter needs specialty made lenses and they were able to make it happen in RECORD time and it was accurate! First time in my daughter’s life. They are 100% worth the drive from the other side of the state.

I love King Optical. They are so kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been going here for years and they always give me the best service. Plus their prices are so reasonable. And any time there is the slightest thing wrong with my glasses they fix them with a smile. I can’t recommend them high enough.

I have been a King Optical customer for over 50 years and have found the company to be exceptionally customer service oriented, experts at what they do and a pleasure to do business with - really refreshing. I'd like to highlight the sales associate, Sheila. She’s been an absolute advocate - friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate at keeping me informed of what’s current in technology, making helpful recommendations. I recently purchased the new RayBan Meta Gen2 glasses, which she was able to demo and personalize for me. I highly recommend this outfit for all eyewear and vision needs, hence my 50 year loyalty! I love King Optical. I have never had more attention paid to the fitting and adjustments of my eyewear! They have always been incredibly accommodating and ensure that you are satisfied with your glasses before you leave! The staff at King Optical are very friendly and helpful from start to finish!
