I scheduled an appointment in advance for my 5-year-old child and still waited over 40 minutes to be seen. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, I was met with an extremely rude response: "What do you want? It's a wait." What was even more concerning was that walk-in patients continued to be taken ahead of us while we sat waiting despite having a scheduled appointment. If appointments are not being honored, patients should be informed accordingly. I understand that delays can happen in any medical office. However, there is no excuse for speaking to patients in a disrespectful manner, especially when they are simply asking for an update after waiting with a young child. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for patients' time made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office based on the customer service and scheduling practices I experienced.

I have seen Dr. Gurevich in the past and he provided to me the best medical care one can receive. Recently, I had an urgent concern and my opthalmologist was not available, as his clinic was closed until next week. As Dr. Gurevich demonstrated extra caring, flawless medical knowledge and approach during my previous visit I decided to call his office today and they accommodated my concerns with a same day appointment. His bed manners, thorough examination and impressive medical knowledge did not fail me this time as well. A rare breed, indeed. I have made the decision to transfer my eye care to him. I honestly believed all medical professionals were trained to be difficult. He saw me within a moments noticing my eyes inflammation and his team went above and beyond to accommodate my medical / insurance needs. Dr. G is the most reasonable person I've ever dealt with from any medical provider in my 29 years of existence. If you're in the area and need any sort of advice or medical provisions when it comes to your eyes, I can absolutely sware by his care and bedside manners. Thank you DR. G!

We had been with the same eye doctor for more than 10 years. We had to move; and it became inconvenient to travel to the old place. We found a new eye care on Kings Highway, Brooklyn. Exceptionably knowledgeable doctor (!!!) Very pleasant staff. Thank you Dr. Dmitry Gurevich - you are the best!!!

New beautiful store. Excellent service, gigantic variety of frames to choose from, I had received excellent pair of glasses at very reasonable price. Thank you, Vista Optical. Would definitely come back again to purchase my next pair. Good luck in new location.
