Dr. Biondo and his staff are wonderful. I felt well taken care of especially when it came to picking out frames, getting advice on lenses, etc. Dr. Biondo is also very warm and personable. I actually hadn't seen him in a few years due to a lapse in vision insurance, yet he still remembered details like what job I was working back then when I saw him recently. Its great to benefit from the expertise of Dr. Biondo and his staff while also receiving warm customer service. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Kirkwood Eye Associates. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Biondo was thorough, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the examination.

We had our first visit with Kirkwood Eye Associates and could not be more pleased. Making an appointment went so smoothly, and we were seen quickly. The appointment itself was smooth, and we really like Dr. Biondo. The front desk was attentive and friendly. Huge bonus, no long wait. It all felt much more personal than other eye offices we have been to in the past.

Great service. I had problems with my eyes and they never gave up until they figured out what the problem was. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel welcome. Glad I came here. There is an employee named Makayla that has been taking care of my glasses for years. She’s the best. Very knowledgeable.

Have been seeing Dr. Biondo for a few years now. He is kind and throw. He makes my daughter feel good about her appointments also. The staff are all wonderful too. From front desk to the Ariel helping with picking out glasses.
