Premiere Eye Associates

Today I received a certified letter from their office canceling my appointment and refusing my care for future appointments. It stated I canceled an appointment and didn’t show up for another appointment. I just want to clarify the facts. I had to cancel my first appointment due to hip replacement surgery as my recovery wasn’t going well. My second appointment I arrived 2 minutes late and didn’t have my papers complete. I was told to leave and rescheduled. I hesitated to reschedule at that time as the receptionist was rude telling me to leave as the doctor’s time was valuable. I did reschedule as my husband has been a patient for 5-6 years and had not had any issues. Now they have lost two patients. We will no longer be patients. I will make sure to tell all my friends how I was treated. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I know this is the type of review that you think there must be more to the story. I can assure I was as shocked as you to be treated this way.

I highly recommend Premier eye Associates. I called on a Tuesday and they got me in Thursday morning, which was very impressive. Everyone in the office was wonderful from the front desk staff to the technician and the doctor. They explained everything along the way they were kind and I felt like they were really listening to what I needed and wanted.. I will definitely be using them for all of my eye care.

Dr Nacke is a wonderful eye doctor. Very meticulous. Courteous. All of his office staff too are great. However, there was an issue with one of the staff. When disagreed with her about scheduling, she became upset and she hung up. When I called back two times, she will not answer my call.

So far, I only had one visit with Dr. R. Nacke, but my first impression was great. Everything was good: from ease of scheduling my initial appointment, to insightful communication with doctor's assistant who was testing my vision, to the doctor's thorough exam and addressing all of my concerns, to having my glasses adjusted perfectly by the optical staff. In short, I am happy to have found this medical provider.

I have been coming to Premier for decades ! It’s been getting better and better after all these years. The staff at front desk are always friendly and professional. Dr Karacel is the best. I am very fortunate to be under her care. Thanks Premier Eyes!
