Always a great experience! My essential eyes deserve the best and that's why I choose Kirschner Vision...for years now! Dr. Vicki Gasca is fantastic, a great balance of skill and considerate care. The front line staff are always friendly and thorough for my needs at the time and I've consistently seen this interaction with others. It's apparent that long time, knowledgeable staffers like Dave love what they do. Most recently I felt the kindness from Chris (Asst Manager) when I ran in just before closing time. He was wonderful, taking the time to answer all my questions and with Isabel smiling in agreement nearby. I appreciate the attention and good vibes that get shared at every visit.

Today, my husband and I visited Kirchner's Vision Group in Orland Park, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, courteous, and highly professional. A special thank you to Dr. Vicki ("Dr. V"), who was absolutely phenomenal. She was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every part of the examination, her findings, and her recommendations. She truly made us feel comfortable and cared for. I had a great experience at Kirschner. As a matter of fact I have been here for three years in a row now. The testing equipment that they use is so much more modern than my old eye doctor and I just feel so much more confident as I have a family history of glaucoma. Great service when I come in to get my glasses sized or readjusted never a problem.
