I am very disappointed with the experience we had at this optometrist with the staff especially the office manager (Dr. is very nice ) My son’s frames, which we trusted them with, were misplaced/lost, then not ordered correctly with his correct size , and the situation was handled very poorly. They tried blaming us , saying we brought in the incorrect glasses because they made the mistake of ordering the wrong size for . Frames are not only expensive but also essential for his daily life, and losing them shows a serious lack of care and responsibility. What made it worse was the lack of proper communication and accountability After they misplaced them 3 times already . Instead of working quickly to resolve the issue, we were left waiting without clear answers or solutions. This is unacceptable when it comes to something as important as a child’s vision and well-being. I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, that was not what we received
