Best eye doctor experience ever… Dr. Campbell spent two hours of her time with me and was very thorough. Wendy at the front desk took her time helping me pick out glasses and was very honest. I can’t wait to go back.!
I am new to the Delaware area and needed a close optical practice. I had a very good experience with Aimee Jeffers OD. She was pleasant and very thorough with all my tests and results. Wendy and Sarah were very welcoming and helpful. They were a delight to be around. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing eyecare.
My appointment from beginning to end went very well. Everyone is professional and very kind. Dr. Kristen explained things to me and took the time to answer questions. Wendy and Sarah are excellent at their jobs. Very friendly atmosphere. Appointment was on time, no waiting.
What you get is an actual eye exam which takes quite some time. Not the rush-u-thru the other doctors offices do. Dr Campbell's staff set aside the necessary time for each patient and are extremely well versed in their field.
I was very impressed with my eye exam today. Every test was explained in detail. All three women were super friendly and engaging. The eye tests were state of the art, and I feel extremely confident in my care that was exhibited. Finally, nothing was pushed or promoted to me. I walked away without needing or buying glasses, and had a full grasp of my eye health. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing eye care. This is a place where good people are doing good things.
