Dr. Richard Kryzak is by far the best optometrist in the region. He is not only a consummate professional and up on the latest technologies in this field… he listens, follows up, is personable and makes every visit an enjoyable experience. The front desk and eyeware staff are also the best. I cannot say enough good things about Kryzak eycare!
Krzyzak eyecare has been my eye care office For many many years, everyone is always so very cordial pleasant and very professional. Yesterday I met Dr Sellers, he was fabulous. My husband and I both go to this facility and we are always glad to be there. Thank you for the fabulous care.
Had my yearly appointment and testing today! Everyone at the office is helpful and professional! Today was my first appt with Dr Sellars and I liked him a lot! He was thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand! Thanks to all at Krzyzak for a positive experience…. Even with the clicker test!!
I had a very positive experience with this office. Dr. Sellers was friendly, professional and thorough. I was given support in choosing frames and provided with many options. The office is clean and welcoming. It was worth the drive across town to have full service eye care.
I have always loved this office and just recently (4/7/26) learned that my doctor was officially as of retiring next year… good for him! MUCH deserved. I’m sad because he’s always been WONDERFUL to me. The scheduling staff told me I needed to pick one of their new doctors in the practice. I asked to be scheduled with the son of my retiring Dr and they said no he’s booked. I totally understand, but I requested additional time to decide which doctor I’m going to book with and when I’m going to book next year. The front staff would not let me leave the office until I made a decision because I am a “medical patient“. After going back-and-forth for several minutes, I finally asked… “Or else what??? What happens if I don’t schedule an appointment today for next year?” She could not give me a direct answer and just kept saying that I’m a medical patient and have to be scheduled. I feel like this is a tactic to keep me at their practice with a doctor. I don’t want to be seen by. Unfortunately, after this exchange today, I will not be returning. I wish this Dr and the practice all the best but I’m Not staying as a patient.
