I had a great experience at Kubo Optometry. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The office was clean, organized, and the entire visit was efficient without feeling rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and providing excellent eye care. I highly recommend Kubo Optometry to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring optometry.

I have been going to Kubo Optometry for years. Love the staff here and Dr. Huynh, Jessica is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Besides the staff, they also have a great variety of frames from luxury to affordable options. I definitely recommend Kubo Optometry for any first timers or if your looking for a many beautiful options of frames
I had been dealing with redness, blurry vision, light sensitivity, and discomfort in my eyes. After being told elsewhere that it was likely conjunctivitis, I went to Kubo Optometry for an emergency evaluation. The staff were professional, thorough, and took my concerns seriously. They performed a comprehensive examination, identified that the issue was actually severe bilateral uveitis/iritis, and immediately started the appropriate treatment. They explained my condition clearly, answered my questions, and provided a treatment plan along with a follow-up appointment. I left feeling reassured and confident that I was receiving the care I needed. I'm grateful for their expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to see me on short notice. I highly recommend Kubo Optometry to anyone needing prompt and thorough eye care.
My experience with this office has been extremely frustrating from start to finish, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. At my initial appointment, I was assigned to a trainee. I completely understand that people need to learn, but the experience felt uncomfortable due to a lack of clear instruction, confidence, and communication. I politely expressed my concerns and even considered rescheduling, but the front desk offered to have someone more experienced assist me, which I appreciated. From that point on, things improved—my interaction with the doctor was excellent, and the staff helping me order and pay for my contacts were kind and accommodating. However, the issues that followed have been unacceptable. After receiving my six-month supply of contact lenses, I quickly began experiencing problems. Several lenses either tore shortly after use or were already damaged when I opened them. In one instance, a lens had no solution in the packaging and was also torn. Within just a couple of weeks, I had gone through multiple lenses that should have lasted much longer. I contacted the office to report these issues. While the initial response was polite, the follow-through was consistently poor. I was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours—this did not happen. After following up myself, I was again told someone would contact me, and while I did eventually receive a call, I was simply told to contact the manufacturer myself. I was promised that their number would be texted to me, but I never received anything. At this point, there have been multiple instances of unfulfilled promises, lack of follow-up, and poor communication. While parts of my in-office experience were positive, the overall customer service—especially after the sale—has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I should not have to chase down solutions or repeatedly follow up when your office commits to doing so. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in accountability and service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements, but as it stands, this office has lost my business.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location today. After my exam, the staff member who assisted me - the woman wearing an all-blue outfit with brown hair and blue Crocs - was extremely rude and hostile toward me for no reason. She spoke to me in a loud, irritated tone and acted like I was bothering her just for asking normal questions about my insurance and glasses. What made it worse was overhearing another staff member tell a different customer that he could try on frames, while the woman helping me never offered me the same courtesy. The difference in how she treated me compared to other customers was obvious and unacceptable. She refused to call my insurance even after they told me directly that they needed the provider to call. Instead, she pushed high out-of-pocket costs and gave me conflicting information. Her attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I left with my prescription and will be taking my business to another provider. This location seriously needs to address the behavior and customer service standards of the staff member in the blue outfit, because the way she treated me was unacceptable. Very disappointed at your big age acting like this all of you SHAME OM YOU for treating a disabled man like COW MANURE July 10th at 11:47am
