If I could give them 10 stars I would. I guess I've been privileged to have been seen at Dr. Yee's. I skipped my last exam and tried booking one this year only to realize that he's the sole Dr at the moment so he's booked out until next year. I went to another optometrist in midtown and the professionalism, state of the office, and staff difference was night and day. Every moment in the other office felt so offputting. The facilities weren't as nice and every room was storage for products. it felt so claustrophobic compared to how open, airy, and pleasant Midtown Eyeworks is. The staff here is top notch and they really know what they're doing. I've never had an unpleasant experience here and you feel really cared for and it's obvious you're in the hands of professionals.
