Professional and attentive service. I ended up getting photorefractive keratectomy surgery a few years ago. Matt and Beth both helped me throughout the process and also with the aftercare. I can't recommend their service enough! The office staff are also wonderful. Courteous with great customer service and professionalism.

I have never received friendly customer service from the front desk workers. My wife and I have both felt like inconveniences to them every time we come in, and the rudeness is unbelievable. There's always laughing and smiling when talking to each other, but then a massive shift in mood once a customer walks up. I feel uncomfortable and nervous every time I have to interact with one of the workers at the front desk. Such a disappointing experience multiple times now. Mary at the glasses desk was fantastic though. My experience with her is the reason I won’t give one star.

I had a great experience today at the eye doctor. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Dr. Matt was so good to work with. He is a great man. It was such a positive environment. Everyone worked so well together. Thank you for the awesome experience. The gal that helped me with new frames really cared about the right fit and wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

First time customer and the staff was excellent. The clinic is nice and cozy. Dr Matt was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. I did not feel rushed at any point of my visit. Cory, I believe is her name was so friendly and bubbly and helpful. Overall very satisfied with this clinic and will continue with their services.
