It didn't take me long at all to pick out a couple pairs of glasses that I liked, & Kelsie reaffirmed my decision. The glasses came in sooner than expected, & although I've had to go back a few times for adjustments & stuff, Kim & Kelsie have been friendly & gotten the issue situated. I have been & will continue to get my 👓 glasses from Walmart Vision Center because they are reasonable & they accept my insurance

Kim helped my husband select a comfortable great looking pair of glasses. He was so happy with those that he went back a couple of weeks later and purchased a second pair of sunglasses. The professionalism, the service, and the pricing was Pleasant and will keep our family coming back.

I went to the vision center in Watertown, SD (Walmart) and I had a pair of glasses worked on and replaced the lenses, and June and Karla both explained what my best options were and they were honest and very informative. Those two girls really know their job and they will have an answer to anything I asked about glasses. June is totally Awesome and Karla as well is Amazing.

I should be biased because I am an employee of Walmart but the quality of the lenses in their pairs of glasses are not very good. Ive had many of pairs of glasses over the years as I have needed them most of my life so far but the lenses in the pair I received from Walmart optical were the worst quality ones I've ever had. The frames were awesome but about six months in to owning the pair I started to notice little scratches in them and now being about nine months into owning them Im choosing not to wear them because of all the scratches they have now. I didn't get the scratch resistant kind because of never having to get it before because I've never had any issues with scratches but luckily I had some contact lenses I had also gotten from there so I have been wearing them for now until my prescription ends and I'm eligible for another eval through my insurance. Then I'm probably going to try somewhere else for a new pair. Customer service is good, contact lenses so far have been good, and frames have been good. I Just wouldn't recommend the lenses without opting for the scratch resistant ones or just not getting them from there and trying somewhere else.
