Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could. Practice is highly inefficient. Been left on hold with them multiple times, 15, 20 and 30 minute hold times. They were an hour late for my child’s appointments, and when I told them we could no longer wait they were uncaring and simply cancelled . We then informed them we would be finding a new provider. They even had a man in his 80s waiting for over 2 hours for his appointment. Very unprofessional and overbooked.

After three visits these people could not provide me any services. Yet they still keep calling my phone trying to get me to visit them? If their doctor cannot do what I need. And they know this. There's no reason to time and time and time and time again call my phone. Today I was trying to see an eye doctor and got you very confused with the one I was trying to see. You had me running in circles. Because you can't properly identify whom you are. And why are calling. And mistakenly agreed that you were a doctor who can treat me. Until further investigation that you don't have the type of doctor I need for my eyes. So stop calling me. Got it
I’ve been going here for a number of years, so has my wife and now one of our daughters. They are very professional, have some of the best equipment, and are very knowledgeable.
After getting successful cataracts surgery with Dr Kutryb I had my glasses made here. I require prisms and very few facilities will tackle this issue. Over the years I’ve tried several places in central Brevard and Orlando and I’ve never had the service, attention and cost consciousness anywhere else. After wearing glasses for over 30 years I learned more from both Brie and Odette than anywhere else. They were very patient with my idiosyncrasies, after all wearing a pair of glasses that you can’t see correctly out of, are not comfortable or the frames are not really your cup of tea can make our lives absolutely miserable. They do get busy and sometimes they take longer than expected and it may be better to reschedule. Hope this review will help others with an important part of our body and our lives.
Rudest staff I have ever encountered. This practice wasn't in my plan, so I had to choose another. When I told them, they literally HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME... TWICE! AVOID RUDE PEOPLE.
