Went in for a new pair of glasses and I had a great experience! Leanne & Shelley were super helpful in helping me find the right fit, they made the process super smooth and easy. Would highly recommend!!
I first went to Pearle Vision office on Upton Dr., Virginia Beach, to ask if they could make special lenses specifically for reading music. They said, yes, and told me the special things I should do to prepare for the eye exam. As a result, I was able to go ready for the questions the doctor asked me. Dr, Harrington was attentive, very thorough, and obviously familiar with all of the symptoms I described following my not-so-good cataract surgery results. She offered explanations and recommendations and was impressively familiar with my purpose for requesting a special prescription (for music reading).
The gentleman with the glasses and curls I think my receipt said his name was Robert was so patient and friendly. I came last minute after work right before close and he helped me , I didn’t feel rushed. Very grateful ☺️ wonderful customer service
Went in today with my Mom to update my prescription. When we went in we were warmly greeted by Leanne! Then once it was our turn, Robert did an excellent job making the process go by smoothly! Truly a nice experience, the people who worked with us today were wonderful! Edit 08/16/25: Called to check on the status of my glasses and spoke to Shelly who was very pleasant and told me my glasses were ready for pick-up. Went in with my Mom to pick them up and Shelly was just as pleasant as she was on the phone, she made sure my glasses fit perfectly! Overall the pick-up process went through smoothly thanks to Shelly!
